Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (whatever you have left)
- any spread (peanut butter, marmelade, hummus, be creative)
- Hot sauce (optional, but highly recommended)
- Cheese (the more questionable, the better)
- Leftover veggies (a sad tomato, wilted lettuce, etc.)
- Anything else you find in the fridge (leftover pizza, a sad avocado, etc.)
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and slightly crunchy.
- Spread your chosen spread generously, even if it looks like a toddler did it.
- Add any fridge finds, leftover pizza, a sad avocado, or that cheese you forgot about.
- If you have a microwave, heat it up for 30 seconds to make it all melty and gooey.
- Press together, slice in half, and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
- Eat immediately—preferably while standing in the kitchen, pondering your next big idea.
